Integrative Wellness Coaching

Is a collaborative RN guided wellness process that helps you create meaningful and sustainable change in your life. A holistic, client-centered, approach that supports self-awareness, clarity, and lasting lifestyle change through mindful conversation and guided reflection.

This service does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or psychotherapy, but acts as an adjunct to move you toward your health and wellbeing goals in areas of:

  • Life Transition & Personal Growth

  • Stress Management & Life Balance

  • Nutrition & Relationship with Food

  • Exercise, Movement, and Motivation

What you can expect:

Virtual Consultation —> Scheduling —> Consents & Assessment/ Intake

1 virtual session every week to two weeks for up to 60 min each

Our work may include:

  • Nervous system awareness & regulation practices through breath, yoga / movement

  • Lifestyle habit change with SMART Goal Setting

  • Exploring personal values and priorities

  • Building meaningful daily rhythms and rituals

  • Developing greater self-awareness and compassion

I do not assign rigid programs or quick fixes. Instead we explore your unique circumstances, values, and goals while developing practical strategies that support change.

Together we create a path forward that feels both grounded and achievable.

A Gentle Reminder:

You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning. Many people arrive to wellness coaching feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or simply curious about what life might look like if things felt more focused or balanced. That curiosity is the first step toward meaningful change.
